X-Pole Instalment plan - Finding it difficult to save for your pole, then why not pay us in £20 instalments (or more if you wish) Please make sure you pay the total amounts required (inc P+P) and once you reach the magic total, your pole will be dispatched. (Money is non-refundable)
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

Orders must be received before 12noon for 48hour delivery. If you purchase before 12 noon on a Friday you will receive your pole on Monday. We can not give an exact time for delivery, if you are not in when your pole arrives a card will be left and you can rearrange delivery. If you have a query on delivery please contact customer support on 07958 220 259.

USA & CANADIAN POSTAGE
All prices above exclude postage and packing.  When adding to your order, please select the delivery method of X-Pole delivery (costs $30 if in the USA or $100 in Canada). All x-poles are dispatched out of the USA. Vertical Dance will take 1 day to process the order due to the time difference. X-Pole will take 3 - 5 days  (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS). You must be in to receive your X-Pole or a card will be left. Postal times are the responsibility of the dispatch company, Vertical Dance can not be held responsible for delays.

OTHER NON UK MAIN LAND POSTAGE
All prices above exclude postage and packing.  When adding to your order, please select the delivery method of X-Pole equipment delivery then select your country. Refund policy
If you would like a refund on the x-pole, once purchased, there will be a 10% admin fee. If you would like a refund on the pole once dispatched, there is a 10% admin fee Plus the postage charge, as long as the pole has not been opened. The pole must be returned at the cost of the buyer.

If you are not in to receive your pole a card will be left or the dispatch company will try and deliver up to 2 times more. If for what ever reason you do not arrange re delivery and the pole is returned to us, you will be charged to have the pole reshipped.
