MEMBERSHIP SECURITY
Members of Vertical Dance Ltd,  may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or company. Excessive viewings or logins by any member will be construed by Vertical Dance Ltd as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When applying for membership you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.

Vertical Dance Ltd reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion and without a refund.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY FOR OVERSEAS INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION
Viewing video and audio material on the site requires broadband access. No refunds are given for failure to have broadband, including Gift Memberships of memberships purchased for third parties. Once your password has been issued no refunds can be given.

AGE
You must be over the age of 18 to join the Vertical Dance overseas instructors course. Proof of identification may be requested.
