       Vertical Dance Workout for Trained Fitness Professionals
         Vertical Dance are looking for Exercise to Music (ETM) and Vertical Dance Qualified instructors 
         who are interested in becoming part of the Vertical Dance team.

         The opportunity to work with Vertical Dance will enable you to:

         Work For one of the worlds most respected pole fitness schools
         Vertical Dance has been in the forefront of the pole fitness industry for over 3 years. We are the
         first and only school to have an externally accredited qualification, a partnership with Focus
         Training, one of the UK’s leading training providers and an internationally renound name. We fous
         on pole fitness with safety, setting the industry standards.

         Receive all equipment and publicity
         Vertical Dance will provides  X-Poles, Leaflets, business cards and information on how to promote
         within your area.

-       To work when it’s convenient to you
        Instructors will be required to work a minimum of two classes per week, but the more classes
        there are the more money you will seek to make. Course targets must be made so the instructor is
        required to publicise and fill classes.

-       To make 50% of the profit from the sale of classes
        Once all over heads such as studio hire, booking fees and VAT are paid Instructors will receive 50% of the class profit. Once a
        final figure has been added up the Instructors will be required to invoice Vertical Dance, we will then pay you via PayPal one
        month in hand.

-       Access the structured course material on line
        Instructors will receive exclusive access to the instructor’s area of the Vertical Dance website. Here you will have a detailed
        course structure in video clip format. Each class will have a pre-choreographed routine which must be adhered to.

        Receive commission from the sale of Poles/DVDs/Clothing/Courses
        Instructors can sell merchandise through the website or during classes and receive commission through the sale.

        Continued training
        We will reward instructors if they train further by giving them an extra 5% profit and 8 REPs points if they reach a more
        advanced teaching stage. All training will be paid for by the instructor and must be completed through the Vertical Dance/Focus
        Training partnership.
 

        Your own updatable section of the Vertical Dance website which has over 20,000 hits a week.
        Vertical Dance Instructors will be given a page on the website where they can sell classes, products and advertise any events 
        or courses you have going on in your area. We are on the first page of Google maximising class exposure.

       The criteria are we looking for in an instructor are:
      
       An Exercise to Music and Vertical Dance qualification
       For those without the ETM, Vertical Dance and Focus Training have developed a combined ETM and Vertical Dance qualification
       over 3 weekends with home study. This will give you and OCR in Exercise to Music and an NCFE in Vertical Dance. We are working
       on an intermediate course and it should be up and running in 2008.
 
-     To be a people person, trust worthy, reliable and polite
      Instructors need to be out going and trust worthy. We value the Vertical Dance reputation and expect our team to do the same.
      Customer service and health and safety are very important.

      Some one who is prepared to treat this as their own business and promote classes etc
      It is in the instructor best interest to generate as much custom as possible as a further incentive Vertical Dance will pay a
      further royalty on ever every course sold after the first five.  They will be expected to publicise and promote their Vertical
      Dance courses.

      Self employed
      Every instructor is to be self employed paying their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Payment will be either once a
      month or at the end of a course depending on the course structure. Payment will be a month in hand and will be made by PayPal
      or bank transfer (if an over seas instructor it will be made via PayPal only).

-     Has Public liability insurance, and up-to-date First Aid and PPL Licence
      Each instructor must have both insurance and a music licence, both to be photo copied and held on file along with a CPR/First
      Aid certificate that must be updated every three years. Being a member of REPs is an advantage and their logo can be used on
      your web page but not essential.
 

      Those that do not work for any other pole fitness company
      Vertical Dance instructors are to work solely for Vertical Dance for the duration of their contract. Once your contract has
      finished and you have worked your notice period you are free to do as you wish, how ever the Vertical Dance workout program
      is copy written so use of the structure outside of Vertical Dance employment is strictly prohibited.

     
      What will Vertical Dance do?
      Our job will be to promote the classes via the Vertical Dance website, news letters and forum. Provide statements, publicity
      material and if possible KT Coates will be at the launch of your classes. Give continued support, take all bookings and pay for the   
      studio hire, supply downloadable ParQ and informed consent forms and finally all the class structure and routines. All the
      instructor has to do is collect signed ParQ’s and teach a safe, fun and effective class.
