You can join the Vertical Dance pole dancing classes, courses and lessons at any time as we cater our choreographed pole fitness and exercise routines to each participants level. All you need to do is book your pole dance lesson online stating your preferred start date in the note section, print out your conformation and come along to your pole class. You need to prepare yourself for a workout, so you should wear tracksuit, T-Shirt, trainers/jazz shoes and shorts. Please DO NOT apply creams or lotions to your body before attending your pole dance class.
